YAYZ!!!! My scanner worked! I was able to add these all together. Woo hoo. This is Lorelei a bit of a grump but a fun character to draw.

Uhm... I have to say I love to give critics but this new system scares me. So you'll get the critic like always. ;) As a normal comment. Hope that's still ok for you. ^^

The design here is really nice. You used very simple lines and flat black and white which is actually quite new for your style. And you did a really good job with it. :heart: The expressions and forms are great. Pure curiousity: did you draw the body and then the sillhouette or directly the lines around the black parts?

I have to agree with drachenmagier that this new critique system is...scary...

Anyway! Very interesting character here. she looks like she has attitude and...spunk, I guess (lol) and even though it's a simple collection of simple sketches, the poses look fantastic for the style, which is a lot different than what I'm used to seeing from you :P But the question remains, will we see more of Lorelei? :D

I drew the body first & then filled in all the black areas. I feel like I need to make sure I place the hands in the right place b/c I tend to guess wrong.
This is new for me but I'm liking it. This style is different & I want to be able to make something of it *crosses fingers*

I think so--I've already doodled her a lot & hope to doodle more of her in the future b/c I'm enjoying the new style.
I have to make her more consistent as far as her face construction & vary her expressions more. But I'm loving her.

I hope so, I've doodled her a LOT these past few days. She is really fun to pass the time even though she's a grump. I like her but she needs something with "wow factor" we shall see.
